VARELLE SHIPPING POLICY

Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery

Standard delivery is estimated to arrive 5–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or local service conditions.

Shipping destinations and charges

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Shopify checkout states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order after dispatch.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, VARELLE cannot guarantee an address change or redirect.
